PURCHASE OPTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how you can cancel or request a refund.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet ready — for example, a new collection or design that is still being made. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout, depending on the item; if applicable, we will store your payment method and charge the remaining balance before the item ships.

Estimated availability dates for pre-order items will be noted on the product page. These dates are estimates only, as each piece is handmade, and actual availability may vary.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has entered production or been fulfilled. To do so, contact us at tetinobrand@gmail.com with your order number.

Once a pre-order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, as materials and labor have already been committed to your specific order. If your pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, please see our Return and Refund Policy for information on returns, damages, and refunds.
